Booking your Aqua-Clinic Colon Hydrotherapy Course - structure and terms

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN FULL IN CLEARED FUNDS AT LEAST 8 (EIGHT) WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR FIRST CHOSEN PRACTICAL TRAINING DATE.
Subject to this, you can pay either in a single transaction or by installment on a schedule agreed with your training centre.
If paying by installments, please note that the minimum first installment is £500+VAT, which entitle you to receiving all course materials in the electronic format.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS AMOUNT (£500 + VAT) IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
CANCELLATION
The practical week fee is refundable, with the exception of a £70+VAT administration charge (in addition to the £500 +VAT non-refundable payment), for up to two months before the first day of the practicals. A 25% cancellation charge is payable if you cancel between 2 months and six weeks before the first day of the practicals. No cancellations are accepted afterwards.
If you believe you may need to cancel your course at a short notice please make sure you purchase your own event cancellation insurance.
CHANGING DATES OF THE PRACTICAL WEEK, CUT-OFF DATES AND PENALTIES
If you have booked the practical week but your circumstances have changed, please give us as much notice as possible, so that we could offer you another set of dates. The cut-off periods are calculated in relation to the earliest date of the practical week and are as follows:

| Between 2 months and 6 weeks: | 25% penalty |
£25 + VAT admin charge |
| Less than 6 weeks: | 100% penalty applies |
